The Living Center (TLC) is the Wellness & Prevention Home of the HIV/AIDS Community in Santa Clara County.
Through promoting physical, emotional and social health in the HIV community, TLC provides a safe place for patrons to experience social interaction, assures a continuum of care through collaboration with existing agencies, outreaches in ethnic minority and other hard-to-reach communities, and helps prevent the spread of HIV through education and use of harm reduction principles.
